For over a year the ACM is present in Brazil University of Citizen Participation, the event being held in Artigas, Uruguay.

The event has several organizations such as the Youth Council of Spain, European Youth Forum, Youth Council of Portugal, the National Forum on Youth Brazil among others.

The Brazilians are wrapped in the activities of Camp Southern Cone and Brazil and also in meetings related to the program YMCA Leaders (leadership training program). Altogether, more than 100 young people are in intense interaction and exchange of cultural information.

Every day the UPC, promoted with the support of several international organizations, but mostly, the ACM becomes a solid space training and youth mobilization.
