Since 1970 is conducted by the Brazilian Federation of YMCAs, through the National Commission on Working with Young People - CNTJ, an annual gathering that has been part of the work of training leaders ACM Brazil. The meeting brings together young people of YMCAs throughout Brazil for discussions, lectures, group work, among many other activities. This year it was held in Sorocaba / SP, from 12 to 16 January.

The National Leaders Meeting was attended by 21 youth and three employees were present YMCAs of Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Sorocaba. The theme was developed: "ACM must be seen as: object x Reality." Theme was divided into four topics, each of which had a speaker, soon after, was intended time for group discussions. Besides these activities, the meeting had its moments of relaxation, by means of activities and group dynamics and emotion as themed dinners and traditional campfire friendship.

In the assessment of young people and the employees struck against the expectations and left everyone motivated to accomplish a great year working in their movements.
