4 to October 6 next last happened in Chocica, about an hour and a half from the city of Lima, Peru II Forum Latin American and Caribbean Youth ACM.

50 people representing 15 countries shared in an atmosphere of brotherhood, joy and spirituality an intense schedule of subjects among which stand out:

Contributions in the construction of the Regional Leadership Training (PRF), Citizenship Youth, Experiences participation in public affairs from a young perspective; Participation Regional Festival in Prague in 2008 and contributions to regional policy communication.

One concern across all subjects was young people's interest in participating protagonist in conducting local, national and regional levels of our movement.

Noteworthy is the intensive preparatory work involving 30 people and articulation work developed by the coordinating committee.

Counted with the participation of Miguel Blasco, Executive Programs and Projects LALA, invited the World Alliance (www.ymca.int), European region, the United States and civil society organizations as representatives of african descent who contributed with other perspectives to Forum II and made possible the plurality of views as very positive.
