According to the timeline Learning Programme Network of Latin American and Caribbean Alliance of YMCAs, in the auditorium of Italo Brazil Portieri 27th to April 29 Seminar "Leadership to Strengthen Governance". The Seminar was attended by the distinguished presence of guests and representatives of YMCAs of the following countries: Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay addition guests of the U.S. and Canada.

Under the themes Together Policy, Foreign Policy between Together and Secretaries General, Relations between Professionals and Volunteers among others, the participants were able to share experiences and express their ideas through lectures and group activities. After the close of the seminar took place on April 30, Friday, the Assembly's 2010 Latin American and Caribbean Alliance of YMCAs, which form approved the Financial Report and Report of Activities 2009, where he was also elected the new Executive Committee to 2014. The names for the new table directive of the Executive Committee are: President: Mauro Fonticiela-Uruguay, Secretary Ezekiel Mojica - Dominican Republic and Treasurer: José Antônio Figueiredo Antiório - Brazil.
