16 year old Gaucho is part of the delegation and compete with other athletes in Sao Paulo.
Bruno Moeller, who is also a student of the School Paralympic Gaucha (parasports) won the gold medal in the 100 m in category T53 (for runners in a wheelchair). He showed that the motivation and willingness of the athlete are important differences, getting time 22 seconds and 63 hundredths. Bruno was classified in category 5 and will face the miner Angelo Silva, at 14 am today at Parque Anhembi.
Considered the largest event for athletes with a disability under student in the world, the Paralympic School together over a thousand competitors from 24 states in ten sports. The competition, held in São Paulo, began on August 26 and closes on Wednesday, 31. With the promotion of Brazilian Paralympic Committee, is intended for students with physical disabilities, visual and intellectual aged 12-19 years enrolled in primary and secondary education.
