FITNESS
Training methodology cardiorespiratory or neuromuscular (depending on the sport practiced), developed by ACM São Paulo, through trained professionals with great experience in the fitness area. Through pro-formatted classes aims to provide the professional physical education an effective, specific and highly motivating to provide its students with the various fitness classes.
This year with the theme "One afternoon Caribbean", ACM Sports Center, performs tribute to Mothers, in the Hall of the Cultural Center.
In addition to many attractions, we celebrate this great day so special.
Pioneered the introduction of celebrating Mother's Day in Brazil, the date has special significance for the history of the YMCA of Rio Grande do Sul, brought to the country in 1918 by the then Secretary-General of the ACM-RS, Frank Long.
