1st General Meeting held on March 23, 2009 by the Brazilian Federation of Christian Associations Young Men, was attended by 41 participants including directors, general secretaries and volunteers, with presentations Balance 2008 Activity Report 2008 and the 2009 Action Plan , all of which were approved.

Between 13 and 15 November 2009, occurred in the city of Águas de Lindenow-SP National Convention of YMCAs 2009.

Happened as scheduled, on March 15, 2010 at 12:30 pm in the auditorium Italo Brazil Portieri located in the building of the YMCA center in São Paulo the first Annual General Meeting 2010.
Were presented at the Annual Financial Results and Report of Activities 2009 and were also discussed some issues relating to the 17th World Council of YMCAs and Brazil as Latin American Alliance Headquarters.

According to the timeline Learning Programme Network of Latin American and Caribbean Alliance of YMCAs, in the auditorium of Italo Brazil Portieri 27th to April 29 Seminar "Leadership to Strengthen Governance". On 19/11/2010, was held the 2nd Annual General Meeting of the Federation.
The event took place in São Paulo ACM - Center, Auditorium Italo Portieri Brazil.
During the Assembly, was elected Presiding Officers, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board in 2011.
Were also approved the 2011 Strategic Planning and Budget Proposal 2011.
